*Students will be expected to practice the techniques instructed by their teacher on a consistent basis. Attendance is vital for progress. If attendance in unsatisfactory, FASW reserves the right to remove any student from their reserved individual lesson time or group class. FASW also reserves the right to discontinue participation in the annual summer recital if a student is not prepared due to frequent absence.
*All tuition is applied via credit card and is automatically deducted on a monthly basis.
Tuition is due the first lesson of every month.
*Students will be expected to attend each weekly lesson with the materials needed to make the lesson productive and fun!
*FASW student-make up policies: Students are granted 2 make-up lessons during the school session months. This is because the FASW calendar schedule already accommodates corresponding school breaks (i.e. winter break, spring break, summer breaks, etc.) making it less likely that families will feel forced to use up a cancellation during the holiday and vacation times.
*In order to cancel a lesson, you must call the studio at 708-361-6160 and speak to a staff member directly or leave a message. Email cancellations or No Shows
will not be credited toward make ups.
*Make-up lessons for the music academy are arranged at the earliest convenience for both student and teacher schedules. Dancers may arrange to join any class at their level or below to serve as a make-up. There are no make-ups allowed for group acting or ensemble classes.
*If a make-up lesson is agreed upon and subsequently cancelled by the student, that lesson (and make-up) is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS
